About the workshops
Since 2013 Alexis and Brooklyn based pinhole photographer, Stefan Killen, teach hands-on workshops for all ages that equally emphasize the low-fi technology and aesthetics of pinhole photography at Photoville.
The annual festival is a modular venue built from re-purposed shipping containers. The unique physical platform has allowed Alexis and Stefan to creatively incorporate a camera obscura constructed out of a shipping container overlooking the Manhattan skyline and a make-shift tabletop developing tent, into their workshops.
